Incredibly attentive and very caring folks from check-in to check-out. The room was well decorated, the beds were very comfy.

We loved well prepared and varied breakfasts!

The room was beautifully decorated on the executive level which had outside windows, the staff was very caring. A fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a sitting area were useful.

I got complimentary queen room with all amenities as an upgrade, nice gesture. There were climate control, a personal safe, and pay television if needed.

Everything was spot on.

I had tidy, top-notch rooms with a microwave, a fridge, and coffee/tea makers. The breakfast was well prepared with plenty of delicacies.

As for me, the area was quite uncomfortable.

The staff were very caring, provided us with a top-notch room on the executive level. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen. The service was good, nothing to complain about.  

The location in the heart of the city. Good food, excellent service.

Location adjacent to restaurants, shops, the restaurant, and the center. Lots of products for a well prepared and varied breakfast. Nice pool, parking onsite.

Central location directly across from the convention center linked with a skybridge. For tea or coffee visit Market Stand Cafe nearby.

Great views and nicely decorated rooms. Comfy bed and a luxurious bathroom. Central location, at a moderate distance from Short North Arts District. Private parking on-site provided.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Columbus. The hotel was beautiful, as you can expect from Columbus. Had good sleep at the king room with all amenities. The location was marvellous 

I recently stayed at Hilton Downtown for a weekend getaway. The breakfast was exceptional, with every bite being delicious. The staff at the hotel were friendly, fast, and made every moment enjoyable. I loved the ambiance created by the morning music in the
